Our New and Improved Business Model

It’s an exciting time for us all at Drive Impact. Why? - I might hear you ask. Well, we have recently launched our new business model which offers advantages to both freelancers and our clients. We have modernised our agency into a powerful platform which works as a marketplace for all of your recruitment and HR needs. Our vision is to tweek the traditional agency structure by empowering freelancers to get the best out of their self-employment. Out with the old, and in with the new!


Calling all freelancers!


At Drive impact, we are calling all HR and recruitment freelancers who are based in Germany. Our new business model offers them two services which carry an array of benefits from mental to financial.


Our first service involves providing freelancers with a project or client. This project or client will be matched accordingly to the freelancers specialties, personality and previous client experience. Based on their current schedule, freelancers will then decide how many hours they can and want to dedicate to this project or client. After establishing the hours, our team would then offer support to the freelancer by carrying out any backend tasks, such as administration, sourcing, interviews, etc. This supportive network will enable the freelancer to produce high quality work while achieving a work-life balance.


As well as offering a project or client to the freelancer, our second service involves offering the freelancer additional support with their own personal projects. As a freelancer, you can come to us with your projects or clients and we will happily take off that added pressure which those repetitive admin and backend tasks can bring. Here at Driveimpact, We know how quickly your HR and recruiting work can pile up, that’s why our team of vendors are here to help. With their skills and background knowledge, together with our licenses, tools and talent pool, they can relieve you of those monotonous tasks, so you can get on with what really matters.



The perfect match


Not only does our new model empower freelancers, it also offers our clients more options to receive the best quality service. After we have discussed in detail your requirements and payment method, we carefully select you with the best three freelancers for the job. Thus, creating a perfect match. Not only is this match based on the freelancers level of expertise and past history, we also pair you based on your cultural fit. We believe that this personal fit creates a synergy between both the client and freelancer. This synergy would then boost productivity, positivity and affectability between both parties. Don’t believe us? You can even interview the freelancer to decide yourself whether it’s a match or not.


Following this, there are added cost benefits to this synergy. With your recruiter, there wouldn’t be any additional fee on top of your agreed hourly or success fee. We will even handle the administrative tasks such as time tracking and invoicing with no additional costs so you don’t have to!


But wait, there’s more. For each successful match we create on our platform, we are donating €200 to the Alpha Dia Foundation in order to support children in Senegal. As well as recruiters, we believe that children should also be empowered and given an equal opportunity to be the best that they can be.


Pointing to the future


In the upcoming year, we aim to create a platform which works as a marketplace for both clients and freelancers. On this platform, our freelancers can upload their profile which indicates their areas of expertise, experience and previous client history. At the same time, our clients would add in specific details about what they are looking for as well as their set fee and terms. Through AI, a match between the client and freelancer is made, and from here, you can both start getting down to business.
