Each candidate must pass tests of HR & Recruiting knowledge, as well as demonstrate problem-solving skills. In addition, we ensure that all candidates are proficient in essential HR technologies and common tools.

Each HR Freelancer candidate is then assigned to an HR project where they can demonstrate their skills, diligence, professionalism and integrity. This is how we ensure that each candidate has excellent organizational and collaboration skills.
